My name is Erin Willett. Hi. I’m a hippie, a lover of individuality, a rebel with a cause and a change advocate. I want to help you reimagine how your company leads and grows. It’s not about the numbers, it’s not about the process or procedure. It’s entirely about the individuals who move the business forward. What is it that you want to move forward? What impact is it that we want to have here, on this planet, in this lifetime?

You can’t convince me otherwise, the most strategic companies have soulful, inclusive approaches and I will do everything in my power to shape a future that leads us in that direction.

Regardless of whether writing, speaking, consulting decision-makers or guiding teams in my work with New Room, I lead with heart as we explore the power of bringing more of our individuality to business. Together, we explore how our humanity influences and drives the business cultures we build around us.

When we nurture self-awareness and relational intelligence, we unlock our creative courage and lean boldly into change.

Read my take on the leaders who will save us all.

My methodology:
Creative Courage.

This is how I approach Leadership and Culture Strategy.

I began using my method in 2013 and named it in 2017. It’s rather simple, really. Creative Courage is accessed through a 3-step process of Discovery, Decisiveness and Connections. Throughout the process, leaders and teams access their courage while articulating creative strategies that are driven by vision, intention and viable opportunities.

This methodology drives the design of all my service offers, be it: 1-on-1 leadership development, team workshops or company-wide strategy activations.

I enhance the Creative Courage approach by co-creating with my clients in order to meet them where they are. This facilitates an environment of self-directed learning.

Ask me about it.

The land,
my home & origins.

I currently live in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal, Quebec. I acknowledge it as unceded Indigenous land and recognize the Kanien’kehá:ka Nation as the custodians of these lands and waters.

I grew up surrounded by tundra, frozen lakes and migrating caribous in the Subarctic of Quebec, Canada. I’m deeply grateful to have spent those years being invited to participate in Naskapi & Innu customs.

I became obsessed with my own identity at the age of 10. In that moment, a seed was planted: what makes us different as individuals, makes us stronger as a collective. This notion has fundamentally shaped my career as a strategist and fuels my commitment to authentic expression (even when it’s hard).

My educational background is in Marketing and Graphic Design. In my earlier career, I was a Creative Director and Brand Strategist and worked primarily with small enterprises experiencing rapid growth phases.

I have an alter-ego who greatly inspired my methodology (You can call me Eebs Berenstein). I’ve had three identity crises which have profoundly impacted my work as a strategist and shaped my vision for the future.

I’m endlessly inspired by the fact that change is constant and refuse to allow myself to get comfortable.

I live for LinkedIn DMs.

Don’t be shy.
